Introduction
If your child is a real water baby, they will love joining a group of young scuba divers.
The PADI Seal Team is a program for young scuba divers, who have fun in a swimming pool completing AquaMissions.
Your child keeps busy with fun activities, sees a whole new world underwater and makes new friends.
Other than learning basic scuba skills, the PADI Seal Team is filled with a number of speciality AquaMissions.
The PADI Seal Team program is divided into two parts. Seal Team membership is five AquaMissions. Master Seal Team membership is ten more Specialty AquaMissions on top of that.
It is a membership, with a certificate and a member card. It is not a diving certification.
AquaMission part one
The five core AquaMissions cover basic scuba diving skills like taking your first breath underwater, clearing a mask filled with water, regulator recovery and feeling weightless as they learn to swim around in a swimming pool. Completing all five makes your child a PADI Seal Team member.
AquaMission part two
Part Two is the ten Specialty AquaMissions, which include Creature Identification, Search and Recovery scuba diving and skin diving.
When they have completed all ten and can assemble and disassemble their own equipment without help, your child becomes a PADI Master Seal Team Member.
