About the course

Almost every scuba diver wants to dive deeper at some point. Beginners do it by becoming PADI Advanced divers, which takes them to 30 metres. The next step is the PADI Deep Diver Specialty, which certifies you to 40 metres. On the course you will learn the equipment, techniques and skills you need to dive deep safely. Hammerhead sharks, a shipwreck and a rare black coral are all reasons to go deep.

Theory

Complete the PADI Deep Diver Specialty eLearning and answer questions in the two included knowledge reviews.

You need to be a PADI Adventure Diver (or hold a higher certification) and at least 15 years old to enrol in the PADI Deep Diver Specialty course.
