About the course

The PADI Delayed Surface Marker Buoy (DSMB) Diver course is for divers who want to learn to use a DSMB safely and well.

During the course, you will learn about the different types of DSMBs and how to use them properly. You will also learn about the different signals that can be used with a DSMB, as well as how to deploy and retrieve the DSMB from the water.

After completing the course, you will be able to safely and confidently use a DSMB while diving, and you will be able to signal to your dive buddy and the surface support team if you need to ascend to the surface.
