About the course
The PADI Assistant Instructor course is the first step into professional scuba instruction and the first part of the Instructor Development Course (IDC). It builds your confidence, your teaching and your dive theory, and prepares you to work closely with certified PADI Instructors, under their supervision.
At Lak Scuba, a 5-Star PADI Dive Resort, you train with experienced instructors and work directly with student divers, so you see what the job of a dive instructor is really like. Whether you plan to go on to the full IDC or just want to teach more, the course gives you the structure and support for the next step.
