Payment policy

Secure your booking with a 30% deposit when it's confirmed. The remaining 70% is due before we apply for your entry permit.

Cancellation policy

• Cancel 30 days or more before check-in: a 10% cancellation fee.
• Cancel between 7 and 29 days before check-in: a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancel within 7 days of check-in: no refund.

Refunds are worked out and paid by our team by hand, on whatever you have actually paid — WhatsApp or call us to cancel or to ask about a refund.
