Payment policy

Secure your booking with a 30% deposit immediately upon confirmation. The remaining 70% is due before your entry permit is issued.

Cancellation policy

• Cancel 30 days or more before check-in: a 10% cancellation fee.
• Cancel between 7 and 29 days before check-in: a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancel within 7 days of check-in: no refund.
