Lak Scuba, Kavaratti Island

Lakshadweep Scuba Adventures Private Limited, operating under the brand name Lak Scuba, is a PADI Five-Star Dive Resort in the Lakshadweep Islands.

What began as a passionate endeavour by a small team of marine life enthusiasts has grown into one of India’s most trusted scuba diving institutes and tour operators.

From a small team to a PADI Five-Star Dive Resort

Lak Scuba was founded to deliver world-class scuba diving experiences in the pristine, untouched waters of the Indian Ocean.

Five-Star recognition is an acknowledgement of our commitment to safety, training, environmental stewardship and customer service.

    Founded on Kavaratti

    Lak Scuba opens its dive centre on Beach Road.

What we do

Training, recreational diving and care for the reef

PADI courses

A comprehensive set of PADI programmes and certification courses for beginners and experienced divers, taught by trained and certified instructors.

The centre

On Beach Road near Mohidheen Palli, Kavaratti. Our instructors teach in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil.

The island

Kavaratti is the capital of Lakshadweep: a coral island with a sheltered lagoon on one side and open reef on the other. Diving season runs October to May.
